Bloodbane ettin
Ettins are necessarily aberrant beings already, but Corruption has taken deep root within this one, causing its muscles to grow hugely, and its skin to rupture and seep pus and humors.
Carnelian goliath
This walking mass of eidstone is of similar construction to the tetrahedral creatures you've encountered previously, but larger and more fearsome with arms ending in enormous sledges.
Carnelian sentinel
Like nothing you've ever seen before on Orn, this thing is a walking tetrahedron, a glowing red orb on each of its three upright faces.
Diseased giant rat pack
Discolored fur and pustules mark these rats as carriers of a frightening disease that seems to have driven them mad.
Escaped drakeling
Drakelings are trained by kin and wilderkin alike for both guard duty and pulling carts and plows. Inevitably, some, like these, escape and go feral. Beware their acidic spittle and vicious bite.
Giant rat pack
Sometimes rats work together in packs, whether driven to swarm by disease, magical command, or simple hunger. These unclean beasts can slowly gnaw their way through leather, flesh, and even wood.
Halfmoon bear
The halfmoon bear, or "moonbear" to the locals, takes its name from the peculiar half-circle shape of its elongated incisors. Unlike the common grey bears of the Borderlands, halfmoon bears are not intimidated by civilized folk, and hungry ones will even prey upon traveling caravans.
Ice wolf
White as the snowfields they prefer to roam, ice wolves are unparalleled hunters.
Jade goliath
This walking mass of eidstone is of similar construction to the tetrahedral creatures you've encountered previously, but larger and more fearsome with arms ending in enormous sledges.
Jade sentinel
Like nothing you've ever seen before on Orn, this thing is a walking tetrahedron, a glowing green orb on each of its three upright faces.
Lashvine
These strange carnivorous vines rear like cobras, then whip forward, lashing their victims with their heavy tendrils.
Maddened bear
The madness of the Earthwarden seems to have affected these enormous bears as well, ancients that would normally stay hidden from kin such as yourselves.
Maddened rat pack
Some force has driven the rats of the sewers out of their minds, such that they are flooding the sewers and biting at anything they spot.
Netherwen
This eel-like wurm oozes a slick ichor from its mottled black and brown skin. Netherwens tend to congregate in small groups in dark swamps and near underground pools.
Nightshade
Possessed of a powerfully venomous bite and capable of shooting sticky webs, the nightshade spider is every bit as deadly as its namesake plant. Nocturnal by nature, nightshades will sometimes swipe at their prey's head with a foreleg, then turn black and disappear into the darkness while their prey is wincing away from the blow.
Nithalgand
Body still glistening with fluid from its recent birthing from its egg sac, this young nithalgand is enormous, shaking the earth as it moves its bulk. You shudder to think what a mature nithalgand must be like.
Noosevine
These vines form themselves into loops with which they snare the limbs - or, sometimes, heads - of their victims.
Shaggy uru
Kin and Wilderkin alike argue over who originally domesticated the uru. Whatever the truth of the matter, all have adopted it as a common work animal, with good strength and stamina - though also a streak of orneriness. Shaggy uru are native to the colder climes of the north, where they are used to pull plows and carts.
Spitting spider
Though smaller than talon spiders, spitting spiders are still unusually large, easily three times the size of a rat. Their crimson exoskeletons mark them as dangerously poisonous, and they are capable of spitting venom as far as a kin might shoot an arrow.
Strix
These pallid creatures resemble a cross between a bat, bird and mosquito. You can see blood vessels pulsing beneath its translucent flesh.
Tainted skavie
Purplish-blue energies emanate from the eyes of this somehow-altered skavie.
Talon spider
So named for the talon-like ends to their legs, talon spiders are very large and fearless predators. Their sharp limbs, poisonous bites, and webbing make them fierce opponents.
Thornflinger
These corrupted plants fling thorns and wrap victims in their entangling vines.
Trained wolf
Wolves are common in the northern lands, occasionally venturing south in search of prey. Some kin train them for hunting, tracking, and guard duty, though they remain more wild than domesticated.
Uru ancient
This uru seems to be a remnant of a time long past, somehow preserved within this place, with elongated tusks and an enormous bony ridge along the top of its head.
Uru warbeast
Where most uru are bred for hauling and other simple duties, these long-tusked uru, with their heavy natural plating and muscular build, are meant to charge into battle.
Vargr
Vargr are Corrupted variety of wolf: larger, more cunning, and more cruel. A single vargr will often lead a pack of natural wolves, goading them into unusual aggression.
Vell
This moving, flowing mass of putrescence could only have been birthed from the vile pool. A gooey maw begins to form on the side nearest you, and it roils forward on thick pseudopods.
Vellet
This spawn of the vell looks like a miniature version of its "parent."
Wolf
Wolves are common in the northern lands, occasionally venturing south in search of prey. Most flee from kin; it is strange that this wolf is so aggressive.
