This Privacy Policy describes the personal information 10x10 Room LLC ("10x10 Room", "we") collects about you, how we use such information, and to whom and under what circumstances we share it. By playing Conclave (the "Game") or using our website (the "Site"), you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your personally identifiable information as described in this policy.

1. Collection of Information

1.1. Information You Provide

When you sign up for an account, you provide us with a username, password, and email address. If you communicate with us by email, post messages to any of our chat groups, bulletin boards, or forums, or otherwise complete online forms or surveys, any information you provide may also be collected as personal information.

1.2. Information We Collect Automatically

As you play the Game or use the Site, we collect usage information from your browser or client, including your browser type, operating system, IP address, the pages or screens you visit, and your interactions with them.

If you play the Game through Steam, we also collect your Steam ID.

1.3. Browser Cookies

We use browser cookies to store your preferences and to allow you to play the Game and use the Site without having to re-enter your username and password. You can disable or refuse these cookies, but doing so may prevent the Game and the Site from functioning properly.

2. Use of Information

We use your information as follows:

• Username and password: To allow you to log in to the Game and the Site, and to identify you while you're logged in.
• Email address: To notify you of in-game events that occur when you're offline, to allow you to log in if you forget your username or password, to conduct customer service, and to deliver news about the Game, the Site, or 10x10 Room.
• Usage information: To improve the usability of the Game and the Site, and to debug problems.
• Steam ID: To link your account with your Steam purchase.

We do not sell any of your information.

3. Managing Your Information

By logging into your account, you can modify the information you provide to us and control whether you receive notification of in-game events. If you'd like to delete your account and all its associated information, please send an email with your request to privacy@10x10room.com.

4. Sharing of Information with Third Parties

When necessary, we share your personal information with service providers who help us operate the Game and the Site as described under Use of Information. For example, we share your email address with our email provider to send you notifications.

In addition, we use Google Analytics to better understand how you play the Game and use the Site. You can learn more about the information Google collects and your options for managing it in their own privacy policy.

We may also provide your information to law enforcement agencies as required by law.

5. Information Security

We take industry-standard measures to safeguard your personal information. For example, we use HTTPS to transmit information between your browser or client and our servers when you play the Game.

6. International Data Transfer

We are based in the United States. By playing the Game or using the Site, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to the United States, and to the processing and use of that personal data in the United States. This processing and use is limited to what is described in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.

7. Data Retention

We retain the information we collect for as long as it is necessary for the use(s) for which we collected it. We may also retain certain information as required by law.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the changes on the Site. If we make material changes that adversely affect your rights, we will let you know by posting an announcement in the Game or sending you an email.

9. Children

We do not direct the Game or the Site at, nor do we knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from, children under the age of thirteen. If you are under thirteen, please do not attempt to create an account or send any information to us.

In addition, if you live in the European Economic Area (EEA), you must be at least the age required by the laws of your country to create an account, or we need to have obtained verifiable consent from your parent or legal guardian.
